Zuckerberg is currently working as the head of Executive Talent Acquisition at Deutsche Bank. During Zuckerberg’s two-year reign at Deutsche, she has come to perform many executive tasks. Her role has her working with fellow business leaders and recruiters to find the best talents for their companies. While this may seem like a tough job, it comes easy for Julie Zuckerberg. The Brooklyn College graduate has been accustomed to the Human Resources world since 2002, when she began working at Hudson, a local New York staffing agency. Zuckerberg’s five-year tenure at Hudson included working as a recruiter and Human Resources manager. Her main role was to find the right employee for the clients. Zuckerberg acted as a go-between with the employers and employees. She negotiated contracts, explained job opportunities, and resolved any issues that arose during the recruitment process.
Zuckerberg’s conflict resolution skills would come in handy at her next job as Executive Recruiter at Citi. Much like her role at Deutsche Bank, Zuckerberg worked diligently to recruit top-notch talent for the company and negotiate job benefits. Zuckerberg lead a successful career at Citi for six years before leaving for New York Life Insurance Company. Despite working as a recruiter for one of the top insurance companies in New York, Zuckerberg’s tenure didn’t last long. After four months with New York Life, Zuckerberg left the company, then was hired by her current employer Deutsche Bank.
While Zuckerberg’s work may not seem like it’s that much, her job is an important role. Thanks to her recruitment skills in talent acquisitions, she finds the best employees to suit the needs of the company. With her executive, leadership, and counseling skills; she’s helping to form a team of successful employees to lead the company into the future.
Not only has Zuckerberg made a difference in the corporate world, but she’s also making a difference in society. She’s a strong supporter of numerous causes including: animal rights, civil rights, and artistic endeavors. She often volunteers for many of these charities in New York.
